Free family friendly day out supporting 70 of the best of the south west’s art and crafts people. Along with lots of lovely stalls you will find demonstrations from leading woodworkers and crafters, also fantastic in store special offers! Come and find us, just off the A303 at Martock.
2018 brings the 4th annual Handmade Craft Market to Yandles & Son Ltd, situated in the picturesque Somerset Village of Martock, located less than 1 mile from the A303 London to Exeter road, on the edge of the beautiful Somerset Levels.
Our Handmade Craft Market, initially started in July 2015 offering 30 pitches to makers, artist, wood turners and designers selling all manner of quality handmade goods. The success of the first craft market has led us to expanded, now offering over 70 outdoor pitches to traders. All selling quality handmade pieces from gift and home ware, clothing, toys, sculptures, stained and fused glass, jewellery and much more. This year we would like to offer even more to the market experience broadening the spectrum of traders to include farmers market inspired food stalls, offering a mix of fresh and homemade produce.

The event is completely free to the public, including free onsite parking and is the perfect family day out for those who love unique and hand crafted items.
We are looking for stall holders of all manner of handcrafted goods including,
Art work originals, prints, photography, sculptures
Ceramics
Pottery
Wooden items carvings, turned goods

Glass fused/ stained
Sewn goods
Knitted / Crochet garments, toy and accessories.
Home wares
Gift ware
Personalised items

Soap
Upcycled - furniture
Foods (farmers market inspired) Fresh local produce Breads, cakes, sweets, preserves, savouries, Local meat and poultry, dairy produce.Pitches are outside 11ft square (10ft x 10ft Gazebos are recommended). Stall holders will receive, marketing material in the form of posters, postcards and images to share on social media/selling pages. Furthermore, we re-invest all money from booking fees back into advertising the event including sending out 3000+ postcards to our mailing list, advertising in local resources such as local magazines and newspapers. We advertise on our local radio station The Breeze along with providing a social media presence in the form of paid adverts alongside our events page.
