What's in the area

Whilst visiting Yandles, why not take advantage of some of the beautiful places to visit locally.  About two and half miles away is Ham Hill Country Park, which has lots of walks, a local pub and the most amazing views!

We are also surrounded by stately homes including, Montacute House, Tintinhull House, Barrington Court, Lytes Cary Manor and a little further afield Stourhead which has the most beautiful lake and gardens.

We are lucky enough to be near to the Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeoviliton and the Haynes Motor Museum at Sparkford.  If you feel like a little tipple we have the Cider Brandy Company not far away at Hambridge and near that the famous Brown and Forrest Smokery which also has a café, or for Perry’s cider, Dawlish Wake is the place to go.  We are only 40 minutes from the beautiful Jurassic coast area, including, Westbay and Lyme Regis, however, if you don’t fancy the Coast, the Quantocks with all their outstanding natural beauty are only about 45 minutes away via either Taunton or Bridgewater.  All in all, we live in the most beautiful part of the Country so why not combine visiting Yandles with exploring some of our wonderful attractions.
