Do the prices shown include VAT?

Yes all of our prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.

How do I pay?

Can I pick up in store?

Yes you can choose to pick up your order from our store, all you need to do is select the collection option in the basket.

Can my order be delivered to an alternative address?

Yes it can. An alternative delivery address can be added during checkout.

What is Click & Collect?

With Click & Collect at Yandles, simply place your order online, select the date you would like to collect and then pick up your order at a time that suits you!  If you are collecting timber that must be cut or machined we can usually complete this for you within 2 to 5 working days (this timescale will depend on the what the order is and the time of year so please check the turnaround time of each product).

How much do you charge for delivery?

Small Items: £2.99

Next day tracked delivery: £6.49   

When can I expect my delivery?

UK – Customers should expect their orders to be delivered within 2-5 working days with royal mail delivery excluding the day of despatch) and between 1-3 days with Parcel force tracked delivery. Many customers report that their orders arrive the next day, but in some cases they may take up to a week.

What happens if I order more than one item with different delivery bands?

You will only be charged the higher rate and your items will be shipped together.  If this is not possible due to conflicting delivery services or item availability you will pay the same price and the items will be sent separately.

What are your opening times?

Hobby Shop: Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Hobby Shop: Sunday 9:30am to 4:00pm

Gallery: Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm

Gallery: Sunday 11am to 4:00pm

Café: Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 16:30pm

Café: Sunday 11:00am to 15:00pm

Woodworking Centre: Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Woodworking Centre: Sunday 9:30am 3:30pm

Sawmill: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, you should receive an email confirmation immediately after you have placed an order.  Please read this carefully and check that the order and your details are correct.  If the details are not right or if it is not clear please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by sending an email to: craft@yandles.co.uk

How is my information secured when using the Yandles website?

At Yandles we make it our top priority to ensure that our customers transaction data is kept secure at all times.  To guarantee this, we use SagePay as our payment service provider (PSP).  SagePay is trusted by thousands of businesses with their transaction security.

Can I return a product?

Of course.  So long as the product remains in the same condition as you received it.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

The website automatically produces a VAT invoice at the point of order.

Am I able to amend my order once it’s submitted?

Yes, if the item hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please call the art and crafts shop on 01935 822 571 and with your order number and our staff will be happy to sort out any changes.

You don’t have what I’m looking for online, can you get it for me?

Not all our products are online. In store we have more products that we are unable to put online. Please call the crafts shop on 01935 822 571 for more information on what we have available.

Is there a minimum order value?

No. All orders are accepted.

Can I track my order?

We do offer a tracked delivery service. The tracking number will be sent to you when the goods are dispatched.

Can I use my hobby shop associate card online?

No. This is currently instore only.

How do I keep up to date with special offers and new products?

If you subscribe to our mailing list we will email you with all our regular newsletters giving details of special offers, new products and in store activities and events.

I no longer wish to receive emails. How do I stop the emails?

At the bottom of each email there is a button to unsubscribe. Click this and it will take through the options to be removed from the mailing list.
